Please register before or during the time you send a deal in. This will help us communicate, and pay your commission in a timely manner.

Please choose Investor Suite Inc. in Filogix under the lender submission.
1. Appraisal
2. Filogix application
3. Credit bureau
4. Most recent notice of assessment
5. Void cheque for the clients payments
6. Property taxes for the property
7. Proof of fire insurance
8. Lender notes detailing overall scope of deal and the exit strategy proposed
Additional documents: Purview
1. Your deal, if accepted, produces a Letter of Intent to lend from ISI
2. Send back the borrower signed Investor Suite Inc. intent to lend
3. We will produce an ISI approval package for signing
4. Once signed back, and conditions met we will instruct the lender's lawyer immediately
