Post Funding we are hands-on with the borrowers to ensure all payments are made on time. We track house insurance expiration to make sure that there is no lapse in house insurance, and we also ensure that property taxes are paid.
In the event of a power of sale, we have an experienced lawyer on standby to make sure the process is handled quickly and efficiently
When it comes time to pay out the loan, we have a comprehensive system in place to track all expenses/adjustments to ensure an accurate payout
What we do is decrease the risk vs private lending without an administration company. With direct contact to the borrowers, we're ensuring faster turnaround times if anything does go wrong, and having the expertise to fully underwrite every file before they're given to a lender, lowering the riskiness of the overall file.
