4. Most recent notice of assessment

5. Void cheque for the clients payments

6. Property taxes for the property

7. Proof of fire insurance


Additional documents: Purview 


1. Your deal, if accepted, procudes a Letter of Intent to lend

2. Send back a signed copy of Investor Suite Inc. intent to lend

3. We will produce an ISI approval package for signing

4. Once signed back, we will instruct the lender's lawyer immediately
